The Waypoint Experience

Enrolling a child at Waypoint Montessori represents a significant financial investment for the average family. At the same time, operating a high quality Montessori program like ours is not an inexpensive undertaking. Our families are very special people who recognize and appreciate that an investment in early childhood education truly does pay the best dividends as the majority of neurological development occurs before a child turns six years old.

Tuition

Tuition rates are based on your child’s program and the length of time they are on campus each day.

Families with more than one child enrolled concurrently will receive a 10% discount off total tuition for younger siblings.

Payment Plans

We offer a 60/40 or a 10 month payment plan with a 2% or 5% administrative fee assessed, respectively, for those who sign up before June 1. Plan options may vary for those that sign up after June 1, and tuition is prorated for families that start midyear. Tuition insurance is required with all payment plans and available, but optional, if you pay in full. Payments will be processed through FACTS Tuition Management System.

Waypoint Montessori awards a limited number of need-based tuition assistance grants to families who qualify. Applications must be made by March 1st for the following school year. Please contact the admissions office for further details.

Almost Home Rates

* Enrolled Waypoint children over age three who meet the registration requirements may register for our after-school care program, Almost Home.

The following Almost Home rates are per month, based on annual enrollment. Some months may have more or fewer days, but the monthly rate remains consistent year-round. Families who choose the 5 day option receive staff development and conference days at no extra charge.

A three day option is also available. Families that choose the 3 day option will be offered the option to attend, with prior reservation, staff development and conference days at an extra charge. 3 day enrollment is the same 3 days week to week; changing days or enrollment options is subject to a change fee.

A one-time registration fee is charged for each new student not previously enrolled in Almost Home.

Additional Fees:

Please remember Almost Home is NOT a drop-in childcare, you are signing up for the year at the level you request. Parents may change their Almost Home enrollment one time at no fee, but subsequent changes, other than changes due to student academic level change, (like from half day to extended day) will be charged a $10.00 fee.

Please be aware of the pick-up time that you choose; a late fee is charged if you are more than 5 minutes late, and an additional fee is assessed for every 15 minutes after that. Repeated late pick-ups may lose their Almost Home privileges with no  refunds given. Occasionally extra hours may be reserved in advance, but there will be an additional charge. Please inquire with the Almost Home Director or the front office if additional time is needed.
